Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become essential part of today digital environment and university students are regularly using these technologies in educational and daily life activities. The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between cybersecurity awareness and artificial intelligence literacy among university students of Pakistan. The quantitative approach is used in this Study and data were collected from university students of Pakistan. By using Cochran formula minimum sample size was 384 but total 400 valid responses were collected through questionnaire. Findings indicate students have high AI literacy rate but their cybersecurity awareness level is moderate. Students are aware about AI basic concepts and potential misuse but the level of awareness about the phishing, suspicious links and cybersecurity issues and practical knowledge of reporting is very low. Study recommend that AI and cybersecurity education, training, and practical awareness programs are adding into university curriculum to enhance students’ digital safety and cybersecurity skills.
